Does the Altair installation require an installation on user workstations ?

No. ALTAIR is installed only on a central server. Once done, your users can connect with their regular web browser.

Access to data is secure?

Yes. Each user group has access rights of its own. You can also restrict access to certain data to specific users: for example, you want open access to your CMMS your maintenance providers, you can restrict access to work orders only to BT's service in question .

Is it possible to use ALTAIR through a secure connection ?

Yes. ALTAIR is a Web application and its access can be secure: HTTPS, VPN, ... We can help you establish the parameters necessary level network infrastructure.

My users are mobile and are equipped with laptops. Can they connect to ALTAÏR ?

Is it possible to incorporate existing data files (example Excel)?

We are an international company, is Altair available in multiple languages?

Yes. ALTAIR is multilingual!

Is it possible to configure ALTAIR?
