In an industrial environment where processes are becoming more complicated, and where market rules are becoming more and more draconian, guaranteeing a successful process, and more especially the reduction of equipment unavailability after failure are considered as capital issues for industrials. 

 

 

 

 The ALTAÏR/DMES project integrates many innovative components:

  • ALTAÏR CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) developed by DSDSYSTEM in Java full web: supplies technical data management in both web and nomad modes.
  • The SCADA module (Supervisory Control And Data Acquisition) which enables the collection of technical data for the monitoring of equipment status.
  • The DSDSTRACK application (developed by DSDSYSTEM) which enables the collection of technical data for regulations and the deployment follow-up. It is particularly meant for high environmental hazardous sites such as the "Seveso" regulation.
  • The FMECA (Failure, Mode, Effects and Critical Analysis; AMDEC in French) which enables the collection of maintenance records and the proposal of maintenance methods for breakdown suppression or reduction.
  • The Mobility which enables main functionalities from ALTAÏR CMMS to be used on mobile terminals like PDA.
